Small group coaching (online or face to face) Entry requirement is minimum 5 years of management /leadership exposure
The participants bring a wealth of diversity and multi industry backgrounds- all contribute to the group development - curated and facilitated by Chris using a range of tested methodologies this unique approach has long term success in reaching sustained individual goals - minimum 3 people and maximum 7 per group.
This package runs on a 90 minute fortnightly format with sessions held in the evenings and includes 2 individual 30 minute sessions throughout the 12 week program.

Over 3 months - 6 month journey Chris will support teams to improve their performance, transition or merge effectively with acquisition partners and accelerate their development goals.
